Entebbe Golf Course is one of the oldest and best courses in East Africa, with wild animals which are free with people. Founded 1901, Entebbe Golf Course is located in Entebbe, Uganda on the banks of Lake Victoria.
The course is playable all year round.The club also features 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, a cricket oval, darts and snooker.

This Golf club overlooking a well trimmed Golf course is a nice place for a quiet evening drink in Entebbe with a fresh breeze from Lake Victoria.

We stopped here for a couple of drinks at lunchtime and as I am a member of a club in the UK they made us very welcome.
We sat overlooking the 18 green and enjoyed a well priced lunch and had some fun time with the very cheerful members,
One really good point was that we had the cheapest and coldest beer of our whole trip at 3500 shillings a bottle.
