Kitojo Guest Cottages, formerly Kitojo Tourist Home, is a suitable bed and breakfast accommodation facility for guests seeking to have their holiday in Fort Portal or Kibale National Park region in Uganda. Secluded on top of Kitojo hill, the guest cottages command stunning views of the Ruwenzori Mountains and the lush green farm land of the beautiful countryside of Western Uganda.
Each cottage has a bathroom with hot water and flush toilet. In addition, each has electricity and internet access. Equipped with floor to ceiling mosquito nets and a working area, the rooms are simply decorated but comfortably large enough for one or two persons. Each cottage has a lovely front porch that looks out over the countryside.
The on site restaurant serves delicious high quality food from locally grown crops as well as international delicacies. Homemade bread is part of the rich breakfast which is characteristically served with fresh juice, fruit, eggs, coffee / tea and sometimes bacon and others.
The singing of the different birds, the conspicuous red tailed monkeys in the neighbouring forest and compound, the beautifully landscaped garden and the hearty hospitality of a Ugandan family add to the ambience of the guest cottages.
