If you ask me one of the best ways to enjoy your Christmas season this year, I would surely say going on a group trip into the wild.

This join us this XMAS as we vanish into the wild for a full experiential merry making trip.

Move west-wards of Kampala city into total wilderness of Queen Elizabeth National Park through cascading hills to the valleys, plains and tropics that offer an insightful view of the natural and cultural beauty of Uganda.

Day 1: Travel to Queen Elizabeth through Mbarara.

Our meeting point will be Uganda House on Kampala road and departure time is 6.00am.

From there, shall set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park through Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara-Kasese. Have a wonderful road trip as you interact with mountains, valleys, plains, on the way.

You have a stop over at the equator at Kayabwe-Masaka road for an equator experience as you accelerate for another stop over at Lukaya for a roadside muchomo after passing through the Lwera swamps. Continue to Kasese through Mbarara for lunch in Kasese.

Day 2 Early Morning Game Drive and a sundowner boat cruise

Wake up early morning at 6 for the best game drive in the search for the king of the jungle through Kasenyi plains to Mweya up to Kyambura gorge. Your encounter with the game quenches your enthusiasm and answers your queries about the jungle.

Have an afternoon visit to Lake Katwe Salt mines, get a full experience of how salt is mined through all stages.

Then end your day with an evening boat cruise along the Kazinga channel and sight marine animals including elephants along the channel with birds as an unexceptional addition.

Day 3: Visit The Kitagata Hot springs and Kilembe Copper Mines

Wake up for an early morning breakfast and depart for Kitagata hot springs where you will have a nice view of the bubbling waters of this down sipping hot springs, and also having a chance to have natural sauna moment in these natural spa.

Travel to the Kilembe copper mines for a soothing experience of copper mines and then travel to Fort Portal.

Day 4: King Oyo’s palace to Amabeere g’anyina Mwiru

Experience the royalty of Toro Kingdom by visiting the kingdom’s headquarters and palace to the youngest king in the world. Have a full scenic view of Fort Portal town from the palace location.

Travel to Nyakasura for the Amabeere g’anyina Mwiru experience, hike the great Nyakasura hills for a 360 degree view of 4 crater lakes in the same area.

Day 5: Sempaya Hot springs and Semuliki National Park.

After your good morning breakfast, end your trip with an exciting visit to the magnificent Sempaya Hot springs in the Semuliki valley of Bundibugyo. The juggling road network is an add on to your trip that will soothe your mind off the buzz of the busy city confusions.

Enjoy the views of the hot springs, boil eggs in the natural hot waters to cool down your hunger.

Travel back to Kampala through Mubende-Mityana.
